I know I have self admitted twice and it helped me tremendously. If someone I was close to and understood my illness saw that I needed help I would like if they did something about it. Fortunately for me, I can recognize and take action myself, not all people are as fortunate to have that ability.

I would love you enough to commit you.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
I do know that bipolar only gets worse as you get older which worries me, I might come to the point where I don't even know or admit I need help anymore.

Who do you trust most? Your sister? You should put a medical power of attorney in place so she can get you help if you need it without having to go through the court.
