 I just recently cancelled my alarm service.  I never used it & don't even remember the alarm code.  I do still have the sign in my yard so hopefully it will be a deterant.

 My neighbors house got broken into a week after he canceled his service. He and his wife were never out of the house over night. This was the one night they were gone in 9 months. People were watching. I bet the same is for your area. When it's multiple break ins it's usually someone who lives in the area and knows peoples cars and routines. 

 The guy who chased them away said they were young.  I'm betting neighborhood teenagers stealing crap for beer & pot money.

 Yeah, we get more break ins when the kids are out of school. It's real bad here. Thing is. As a parent, if your kids suddenly has money wouldn't you wonder where it's coming from? They didn't buy that xbox with left over lunch money.

I love naps but then it screws up my sleep and I am tired the next day. It's a vicious cycle.

Help Czech & Ohfour! My knitting is driving me bonkers!

I've finally taught myself to cable, but the scarf I'm making is curling in on itself around the cable. How do I make it lie flat? Do I have to wash it? Lay it between the boxspring and mattress for a month??

If it makes a difference I am using a cashmere, wool, acrylic blend . . .

I am going to my first Bible study meeting since I started going to my new church. We are doing it in a home group setting. I only know these people by face so I will be making some new friends. I'm excited but nervous. This is way out of my comfort zone. I just like sitting at home or hanging out with people from work who I've known forever. Tonight will be quick, we are choosing a book to base our study on. I have to find this house in the dark. It is off the main road, down a dirt road on the water.

 I would find that coincidental.  He should have a talk with the security company about it, they may have an employee monitoring who has and who does not have service.
