We could up until about 5 or so years ago. My boss's brother died of lung cancer & she started getting psychosymatic coughing fits & swore it was all the smokers in the office & made the place non-smoking. It was hellish at first because for 20 years I'd grab the phone in one hand & a smoke in the other, especially when I had one of my problem children on the line. Now I'm down to less than a pack a day.

I think it was the stress of house hunting with Conor, that set me back. That kid gave me some nervous moments. wink

But, now that things are going well, it's a good time to switch back to the vape. I don't think it will take me long. smile

And I had to over season things cause my taste bubs were dulled.

Honestly, the only time I think about smoking now is after a big meal.

Not really. Two hours here, two hours there. I've been averaging between four and six hours a night/day total.

I've been battling exhaustion for a long time. This week I started taking 4000IU of vitamin D and a double dose of a B6 & 12 compound and wow - I feel so much better. We'll see if it lasts . . . .

It doesn't quite fix the exhaustion completely (likely because I am just exhausted) but it's at least 70% better. I don't feel like death all day at work.

Tig, you need to keep some liquid Mylanta around. It works quick. And I take the max Zantac plus some days.

Flan, what you do is you get one of those doll houses that your son can build for Itty Bitty. They can be simple to elaborate. And then it is something she can hold onto for her kids.

Tig. it works immediately. I had terrible heartburn while pregnant and that is what the doctor told me to use. I had a bottle stashed every where.

It's ok to use with the Zantac as well.

The original was the one I chose because the flavors would make my heartburn come back faster.

But yes. It works.
