He's cute. And a guy's guy. I once heard that he isn't the one you bring home to mom and but the one you want with you when things go wrong. How true. And EVERYONE in the show looks like they haven't showered. Because, well, in the show they HAVEN'T! Sheesh.

I know what his appeal is supposed to be, I just don't get it. Even in photos not from the TV show, he's still gross looking.

flan, I think his appeal has more to do with his attitude, and swagger, more so than his looks.

He's a very likable character, on the show.

You want some Darryl trivia? He was supposed to be gay. His character. They were going to make him have a gay love interest. But within the first few shows he had such great woman appeal that they knew they couldn't do it. He has never "hooked up" with anyone (Not Beth or Carol.) because he was supposed to be gay. So now he's just kind of a loner! Poor Darryl.

He was hot in Boondock Saints too.

I just see no reason for all your snark. I don't make nasty little snide comments on shows I don't watch because I don't like them. I figure other people watch them so have at it. I'm not sure why you have to put down a show that a lot of people here watch and like. If you don't like it fine. No problem. Just don't understand why you have to add all the snark.

I've just never watched it. Not for any reason. Just never have. Maybe I will one day. Just have other things to watch like Dance moms, idol. 19 kids and counting, etc..
