I love cheese but I'm not really a gourmet. I like all the usual normal cheese. I think the most exotic I get is port wine or Boursin. My current addiction is extra sharp white cheddar. For some reason it goes perfectly with cherry vodka.

Today seems to be the day for sharing the gross stuff. Your welcome.
I would have no clue what cheese goes with what wine. I eat whatever someone hands me with the wine. Works for me.
Cherry vodka and cheese, hmm. Sounds good!

Faith isn't something that keeps bad things from happening. Faith is what helps us get through bad things when they do happen.
Have you ever had cranberry or blueberry cheese? Layers of fruit with the cheese...Heavenly!
flan
Where do you find these cheeses? I have never seen anything like that.
Some of the more expensive grocery stores have displays of gourmet cheese. I don't know if they have those since I've never really looked.
I have never been inside an expensive grocery store. I'm deprived of some privileges due to living out in the boonies.
We have them all over the place here. I live in soccer mom suburbia. Our Wegmans is two stories & has it's own food court sort of thing but not with McD's more like cafe's. Or so I've heard. I never go there. I think it would overwhelm me. Like I've said I have my groceries delivered & only run into Harris Teeter a few times a year to get things I can't get from Peapod.

You are so lucky! You have to be on your death bed to get anything delivered around here, but they will do it for the elderly on occasion. I must not be old enough..
I am glad you have good opportunities for wonderful service.

It really is a luxury. I've been using them for about 10 years now. It costs of course but in the long run I really think it saves me money & calories from those impulse items that always seem to jump in the cart. Now if I could just get liquor delivered I'd be set!
I've heard they do in Boston. The best I get is one guy knows that I buy the exact same thing every time & if he sees me coming he gets it off the shelf & brings it to the register for me.
