Nicole seems to have taken down the more offensive posts finally. But there were post listing the councilwoman' shoe address and asking people to light her house on fire and other things. Once the mayor wrote that post, Nicole took them down. But she fanned the flames for awhile.

I still haven't watched Fixer Upper but have set it to record on the DVR. I spent Saturday afternoon/evening watching Property Brothers onDemand. You all are to blame for this.

y'all are gluttons for punishment--renovated a bunch of older homes in Austin twenty years or so ago--lord, the permits, the planning commission meetings, the engineers, the inspections, the appraisals, etc. --was a nightmare indeed--true, we made some serious $$$ but would not do it again--easier and less stressful ways to make $$$ in real estate--and believe me, it is always cheaper to go with new construction than to rehab / refurbish existing structures ( especially older ones )
