I understand not sharing a buffet.

But if it is something coming from the kitchen, I don't understand why I can't share that.

C and I can't finish our own plates sometimes and we will share a plate. Order a meal and share it.

Had someone tell me we couldn't do that, I told them I would no matter what they said.

 They can share the potato, but now they can't both take their plates to the salad bar.

That makes since.

One place here charges $6 and change for just a salad bar.

The whole buffet is only $8 and change.

It wasn't because of sharing the potato, the lady ordering the potato was using the plate that the potato came on to help herself to the salad bar. Only one woman paid for one salad.

My husband and I both speak up when we see someone stealing - whether it be drinks, food, clothes, etc. We don't like being made to pay higher prices because someone else has sticky fingers.
