Wow so doing it all by hand?  That takes a lot of love and patience.

That reminds me, I need to finish the one I've been coloring in. It is really relaxing to me. I didn't know there was any other way to color those in except colored pencils or pens. Might have to investigate blocking. Never heard of that.

We have rain coming. I hope it holds off a few days. The yard was too wet to rake so we just picked up all the twigs and branches. I also cleaned out the planters in the front and we covered the area under the deck with some lattice panel. It is plastic, a pretty brown. It looks so much better.

We've had rain for three weeks. We had about two sunny days in between but mostly rain. Blah.

We've had rain, sleet, snow. The whole nine yards.

More rain on the way, tonight and tomorrow.

I think by Wednesday, or Thursday, we'll see some sunshine!smile

And, if the 7 day forecast is to believed, we will be in the low 70's, next weekend.

That would be nice.smile

Your stride length may be set incorrectly.

MM, I wouldn't have been able to resist giving the poor visitor a bath!  Dogs should not be allowed to become stinky.  The owner is not being a good pet parent cry

It was a border collie, so she had a lot of hair. But it's still no excuse. They have lived here since August and I think the dog has had exactly one real bath in that time. I only see her outside, so I assumed they were at least "spot cleaning" her. Nope.

 Thank you!!! Right?

To be fair, right now it's very muddy and yucky outside. All the snow is melting, so it's kind of a hot soupy mess outside. But they clearly don't even wipe her legs and paws down when she comes in because when I did it she had no clue what I was doing.

A dog like that needs to go to the groomer every few months unless they are vigilant in keeping up with the hair.

LOL, years ago I had neighbors who would carry their dog to the potty spot. Set her down. Pick her up after she did her business and carry her into the house and wipe her feet. Every time.

I taught my lab how to wipe his feet on the door mat.

My dog is only 7 lbs. so whenever he gets even a little muddy, he gets in the tub and gets wiped down. We use doggy wipes for a quick spot clean, and a little baby shampoo in the tub for a once over. He is a pampered little guy I will admit. But I loathe dog stink, I cannot handle it. So I head it off at the start.

Clearly the doggy visitor we had is not as pampered. I will remember that the next time they ask me to take her. Although I loved her herding ability...she had my dog out to potty and herded right back in the door in record time! Lol

We even wipe the cats down if they seem stinky. Fat cat doesn't do a good job cleaning himself.

Ugh. Z-Dog gets a bath before we have company at home, much less if he's visiting someone else's house!

A guy from my hometown has a guest role on the Walking Dead, I think he was on tonight. He and my sister & BIL are close.

I looked him up on IMDB. His character is named Pete and is in two episodes so far.
