One more morning of "is Joint commission coming? ". I freaking hope so. It's a light week because a lot of schools are on spring break so the docs are on vacation.

SB, does Joint Commission do surprise visits? Or is it a scheduled visit? We have NCQA this year, which is the health plan equivalent of JCAHO. But we always know when they're coming.

It's stressful for us, and I hear much more stressful for hospitals.

Rain again. Rain all week. Oh well. It isn't snow.

Some how I have managed to get a catch in my back. Nothing major. Just enough to remind I aint 20 any more. Ah well, such is life.

Tig, I had a job I hated so badly I cried every day on the way in. And it wasn't even a good job. I felt I owed it to my boss to be there. It was out of loyalty only. Best thing that ever happened was finally leaving that job. Don't let your job make you sick. It isn't worth it.

SB is that the same group, or similar to the ones that go into nursing homes and other care facilities? They never had schedules but more like windows of time in which they were most likely to be there. And sometimes they didn't come at all. But they would go through everything with a fine tooth comb. It always seemed very stressful.

We are in the high 50's already today. No snow left and it's windy, of course.

I want to uncover the garden beds, but it is to early in the month. It's making me crazy not to be out in the gardens.

Yes. Spring is winding up. Ball games are happening nearly daily now. Things are trying to bud up and bloom. Kids are sneezing. Yep. It's coming.

It has been right at or above 50 for days now. Been turning the heat down and opening doors.

I used to love to garden. I just never got into it when I moved to the new house. I'm sure with all the wide open spaces out there your gardens are huge compared to mine. Now I plant a pot of tomatoes on the deck & call it good. Although I was much more into flowers than veggies.

I have lots of flower beds and pots, but only one small veggie garden here in town. DH and I were out at the farm yesterday, and we are making plans for fencing off a section for a garden and a camping spot. I am itching to get out there again soon! I really miss being on the farm.

Oh I didn't realize your home & your farm were two different places. I assumed you lived on a farm but not too far from neighbors. (dog jerk)

I had lovely beds at my TH. It kept growing so pretty much most of the back yard was a garden. My miserable tenants let everything die. It was a little heartbreaking since I put so much of myself into it, not to mention the money over the years.

Awe, I'm sorry the tenants were so careless. I hate it when my hard work is unappreciated.

You know what is great? I just went to put trash in my trash barrel and the barrel stinks to high heaven. And you know why? Because it is somewhat warm out so all the stink is coming out! Oh yeah baby, doing the spring dance. Will wash that barrel out next w/e!
