Yes, ringworm is a skin condition not an actual worm. It's comparable to athletes foot. DD got it from not washing her sports equipment often enough and keeping it in her bag. Took about 2 weeks for it to go away. Not sure how you get it on your face though...that's gross.

Well back to the topic, I'm so glad that her cancer is in remission. I know a lot of people who survived cancer after going thru cemo and are still alive today. I don't like government intrusion but in this case she was still technically a minor and they were trying to save her life. Most people who claim they did a lot of research do so by searching the internet. There are a lot of false information out there. If it is to good to be true, it is.

Some other, actual MEDICINE might have worked--although actual DOCTORS thought this was the best course of treatment--and they were RIGHT.
