LOL! Here's mine:

1 1/2 lbs. very lean ground beef (sometimes I use half ground beef and half ground turkey)

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup milk

1 egg

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp. minced onion

Add bread crumbs to milk and let stand about 3 minutes. Mix bread crumb/milk mixture with ground beef, egg, pepper, onion & Worcestershire. Shape into a loaf. Bake in ungreased loaf pan at 300 degrees for 1 hr. and 15 minutes. If desired, take it out halfway through and drain off a bit of the grease.

I am going to try every recipe here!  Not all on one night though!  biggrin  This will be my first.  I will replace the bread crumbs with either cornflake crumbs or Kix cereal though as I have a gluten free kid.

2 lbs. hamburger
1 cup crushed crackers
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup chopped onions
2/3 cup chopped green peppers
2 eggs
1 bottle Heinz 57 Sauce
1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Shape into a loaf in a 9x13 cake pan

Cook at 375 for approximately 1 hour.

You can add a little more worchestershire or even ketchup on top for flavor and moistness as it cooks.

I don't have measurements. Never have. I eyeball it.

A pack of ground beef. The leaner it is the more dry it is.
About 2 pieces of white bread. I run it through the little chopper I have.
About 12-a pack of saltines.run through the chopper.
A small to medium onion and about 1/3-1/2 a bell pepper through the chopper.
1 egg
I use a can of stewed tomatoes, I just mush them in my hand.
A good dose of ketchup
A splash of Worcestershire
Salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Sometimes I put BBQ sauce in it too.

I mush it all together.

Put it in either a skillet or baking dish. I put a good size donut hole in the middle. Always have.

In the oven on 375 till done.

About half way through I take it out and drain it if it needs it.

When it it done, mix ketchup and brown sugar or just use ketchup, and cover the entire surface. Put it back in the oven, turn the oven off and let it sit for about ten minutes.

1 1/2 lbs 80% lean ground beef.
1 can condensed milk.
1 egg.
1 packet of onion soup mix.
Enough breadcrumbs to bind, maybe 1/2 a cup.

Mix and let it sit a bit so the milk is absorbed. Bake for 50 minutes at 350. Pour your favorite bbq sauce or ketchup on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes and slice. I like the zesty sauces but lately the boys will only eat it if I use ketchup.

go to Schwan's order website, order the frozen precooked meatloaf slices. Pull out two slices and heat according to directions. Serve with instant mashed potatoes and cooked frozen veggies.

We love meatloaf as well. DS's DGF loves my meatloaf so much, that DS makes it for her.
I'm a dump cook, so this is only my suggested recipe. wink

About a pound and a half of 93% fat free hamburger (our home grown is better)

About a half package of saltine crackers, crushed

1 egg

Enough milk to make a moist loaf

Red pepper, to taste

A dash or two or three of tabasco sauce

Anywhere from a half onion to a whole, chopped

Sriracha sauce or worcestershire for variation or chili powder, depending on my mood. biggrin

Top with catsup.

I do not use a loaf pan, I put it in a round baking dish, cover and bake for an hour or more. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. I have never had to drain a meatloaf of fat.

We never have leftover meatloaf. smile

I don't have a good recipe, but I always put slices of bread in the bottom of the pan to absorb the fat. When cutting I jus remove it. I have also never put milk in mine.

I use milk in my meatballs. Not a lot, but I soak a slice of bread in the milk and then add it in.

What does the milk do? Other than make it milky? It just doesn't sound good to me.

Exactly. That's what my meatloaf recipe (above) calls for. Breadcrumbs soaked in milk.

Makes it moist, moist, moist.

No tabasco in mine. Minced onion and Worcestershire give it plenty of flavor. And of course, the milk-soaked breadcrumbs.

I have had a really good meatloaf. It even said on the menu A Really Good Meatloaf. Todd jurichs Bistro in Norfolk VA, I have not been since the MM days. they are still in business and have it on the lunch menu. If I recall it had 12 different meats including fois gras.

I tried making meatballs soaking breadcrubs in milk. It didn't work so well for me. Now I just use dry breadcrumbs & it works much better. I don't have a drop of Italian blood so that's my excuse.

My mom used to soak regular bread in milk and then when it was soft, she would mush it in with the meatloaf.
