I do have to say I don't like it when people have the wrong idea about me but if you don't give me a chance to show you just how cool I am then that's you're loss (general you because LGS knows I love her and her avatars and must get my coolness because I get hers...lol). I'm opinionated, stubborn, and a know it all but I'm also loyal, generous, kind, and caring so I guess others get to decide which me they want to know.

I work with a gov civilian who has a record of being fired from a few union jobs due to his treatment of others. He was a Vice Principal and Principal in two different school districts and was run out of town because of his temper and condescending behavior. He is also former military and got in touch with a military buddy who is now high up in the civilian world after retiring from the military. So his friend pulled strings and got him a job. This is where hiring someone solely because they were military is wrong.

Anyway this guy was assigned to work a special project with my team. We all rolled our eyes. But a young military person was assigned to run the team. He is the type that comes off very smart and knowledgeable at first, and then turns into a boss that doesn't delegate and blames everyone else. Made the first person look really good, this military person was that bad.

i think we all need to sit back and watch situations and people for a good long time before drawing opinions.
