Spring break here is not until the week starting April 13th. The kids have Good Friday off but then they have to wait. Why, you ask? They want the dates to match the Heritage Golf Tourney so that it helps with traffic on HHI. FFS!

For DD it was the last week of February. For the public schools around here, it was last week. For the schools back home, it's always the week after Easter.

It is this week in my area.  I only know this because I listen to the radio all day at work.  Otherwise, I have no reason to pay attention to the local school schedule.

Here, public schools, starts April 3rd. The colleges had spring break last week. But being a beach town in FL, we've had spring breakers for the last 3 weeks, and will have until mid April. Then comes Shrimp Festival. Busy times here!
