Let me understand this.

Flan uses, what is apparently an out right nasty swipe against a poster. Questioning what this is and about then becomes natural when it is foreign to some of us. It is discovered that it involves another board and we are told to take it to PMs.

Its been my experience that only breeds cliques and contempt.

Why not just tell Flan, the one who started this whole mess, to stop bullying and stop bringing crap from other boards?

Freedom of religion is protection from the government. The Civil Rights Act prevents discrimination from businesses. Preventing discrimination based on sexual orientation may be designed to protect gays but it still applies to straight people as well, they cannot be denied service from being straight. Civil Rights Act applies to race, religion, sex etc... but it did not come about because the discrimination of white, Christian males.

My position is more of a protected class. Indiana did not have it so pizza makers could go discriminate. I heard of a instance where a lawsuit was won even though the state did not have a law listing sexual orientation as a protected class. Indiana was probably trying to prevent a lawsuit like that. Looking at the wording of their fix, I am not sure what the result is going to be now.
