36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Loving them doesn't mean condoning their sins and taking part in them. That's what you just can't seem to get.
And those are the greatest commandments, not the only ones.
I don't believe homosexuality is a sin.
flan
Well, there's evidence of skipping the bible verses you don't like.
And just because you don't believe it doesn't mean anyone has to agree with you. Especially when you don't believe in God, either.

Wrong again.
I think the Judeo-Christian idea of God is too limiting.

Then why are you reading the Bible at all and spouting it off to the people who believe in it?

She's not reading the Bible. She creating her own version where it's all love and rainbows and if you just leave out the uncomfortable parts nothing anyone does is wrong.

So?

Except the people that actually read the rest.

Exactly!

I cannot get over basing an entire belief system on "believing" in same-sex marriage. It's not something that needs "belief". Furthermore, the arrogance of adhering to whatever morality ONE PERSON thinks, like they know everything and better than everyone else, is astounding.

When are the gays going to target Muslim owned businesses? Last I heard they aren't too fond of gay marriage either.
Heck, in Muslim countries, they KILL them. You'd think a little bit of energy would be spent on that, but noooooooo, let's just target Christians who don't want to cater WEDDINGS.

Jesus did not toss out the Old Testament. He FULFILLED the Old Testament. Big difference.
I don't think I've heard it put that way before. Interesting.
flan
The Old Testament demonstrated God's Holiness and Judgment. That Man is utterly incapable of being Holy before God. Thus the need for animal blood sacrifices. Those sacrifices were are foretelling of Jesus who came as the Ultimate Blood Sacrifice. The reason there are so many rules in the OT is because even one Sin cannot enter the presence of God. And, as human beings, we sin even unknowingly. When Jesus came, he was the Fulfillment of the Messiah foretold be Isaiah, Jeremiah and all the prophets. That is why we no longer have to do animal sacrifices or go into the Holy of Holies with the High Priest, etc. Jesus has fulfilled all of that.
Change your mind about what? That Muslims can refuse but Christians cant? I think Big Gay purposefully targets Christians. So, you want to shut down the Christian bakeries, then shut them down too and kick those hardworking people out of their businesses too.

I don't think they should be able to refuse either.
So, would you support shutting them down and closing their doors and putting them out of business? I mean, they can probably get unemployment and survive.

Customer: "I'd like to get a cake, please."
Owner: "What cake?"
Customer: "I want it to celebrate a milestone"
Owner: "Great! Want it to say something?"
Customer: "Can it be in the shape of a gun?"
Owner: "I guess so. What else?"
Customer: "I want it to say
Congratulations on your 5th kill
Can you do that?"
Now. You don't know what has been killed. Should the owner have to make it?
