Speaking of eggs, have you seen the ones that are cracked and then dyed?

I forgot to buy a dessert. But I am pretty sure I have a brownie mix in the cupboard somewhere. I will have to do that tonight as well.

 Three dozen eggs won't last long in my house.  I will use a dozen tomorrow for deviled eggs and they will be gone.  The kids love eggs and DH loves egg salad.  So I actually thought about doing more.

I always try to do two desserts.  One gluten free for DS and a non gluten free.  I made my whipped frosting.  I hope it doesn't get eaten before tomorrow.  They they were fighting over it.  I can't believe I actually shredded two cups of carrots.  This cake has some serious yummies.  Two cups of carrots,a  cup of walnuts, a cup of raisins, and a cup of pineapple.  And cream cheese.
