I know everyone has a right to a fair trial, and I think that guy is so young and what a waste, then I remember that he was the one that set the backpack with the bomb next to the 8 year old boy who was killed.

Of course he gets a trial. But after being found guilty - which he will - what is wrong with the death penalty? Notice she said "within days of the verdict"? That's after a trial. Sometimes, you just make no sense.

If a person is found not guilty/innocent after a trial, that person is set free immediately. If a person is found guilty, why not have there punishment as soon as possible also. I understand that there might be a set amount of time to allow for an appeal, say 3 months, but justice needs to be served.

Yes I agree with this. That little boy deserved to live his life and grow up. He had his life robbed from him and so did his sister to a point since she lost not only a limb but her brother. THAT KID PLACED THE BOMB NEXT TO THAT LITTLE BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes he is getting a trial. He choose to follow his brother, he could have backed out but he choose to place that bomb to kill people. People died that day. I'm more concern about their rights that was robbed from them.
