I am so ready for this week to be over. Had another incident with my new boss last night. Old boss asked me to stay to help with an urgent matter. It was after I was clocked out from new department. New boss still had a hissy fit. Old boss said she'd take care of it. New boss is out of the office now until wednesday. So at least I don't have to hear about it. At least HR lady was witness and coolly told new boss that I'm just stuck in the middle here.

I might have good news to share later. I want to be 100% sure before I tell 😛

Yes MM, it sucks. New boss is pretty full of herself. And is really just making herself look bad. Not to sound conceded, but I'm pretty well liked. So treating me like a turd isn't going to go over well with many people.

Anyways.....I have my good news! We got out bonus checks today! I knew it was happening today, but I have been trying to not get too worked up incase it was disappointing. It was not disappointing! It was pretty much what I was hoping for, actually just a smidge more 😀 I have just been burned in the past, so wanted to have check in hand.

I have never understood supervisors who feel the need to make a pissing contest out of everything. Being flexible and having a positive attitude makes your people trust you so much more.

I have always loved roller coasters but the last time I went about 7 years ago it hurt my neck & shoulders so bad it took a week to recover. Getting old sucks!

I can't ride some of the older wooden ones. They do a number on my neck.

I REALLY miss Opryland. REALLY.... cry

I rode one a week before I found out I was expecting C. The Ninja at Six Flags actually.

And that was the last one.

Since 2006, roller coasters are off limits.

It's overcast and humid here. Yuck. Sets off my arthritis. Fortunately I have pain meds now. SO HAPPY! I love my new pain doctor. He's nice, caring, talks to you like a human, respects you, AND is cute to top it all off. And guess what he used to do before he became a doctor? Ten bucks to anyone who guesses right!
