I love scrambled eggs, fried eggs (over easy, medium, or hard). Egg salad. Eggs benedict. Hard boiled eggs. Deviled eggs. Poached eggs. Eggs on toast.

They are good. Take a green tomato. Put a light bread crumb coating. Fry it in a skillet.

I am constantly frying something. I know that's terrible. I am just so damn proud of my awesome fryer! So yes I will fry for you!

And IKWTD, thanks for the reminder! I should bathe him today...in tomato juice like lily said, although bf is not totally sold on that idea

 It does leave a smell...but I find that if I just keep on frying I well never get the after smell!

 A nurse at work has her locker by mine. She must fry everything. Every morning she walks by me and all I smell is grease.

Well, you also have to keep the oil clean. Every time I fry something I use a screen scoop to scoop out the little pieces that escaped the basket otherwise they will keep frying away and make a nasty burnt smell. Also, I change the oil completely every 10 uses or so, depending on what I've cooked, sometimes sooner.
