Turns out I'm gonna get a brand new room and bedroom. We been talking about closing the carport in to make another bedroom. My bathroom will have to be remodeled to accommodate my needs or I can get a brand new one.

So, we figure it would be easier long term for me to get the new one.

Kind of excited about that.

Hey, if the weather will be nice enough, look online or design your own scavenger hunt. Pick an awesome prize For them.

I've done this with my kids. I called it pirate day. Put a bunch of summer outdoor playthings in a big chest and hid clues for them to find their way. They loved it.

WOOT WOOT! Worked out for twenty minutes. Doesn't seem like much but baby steps! My BP isn't that abnormally high but it is on the high side of normal. Working out brings it way back down! Yeah me!

Thank you!! I know to some this seems like nothing. But now that I have my pain mostly under control it's amazing. I'm sleeping better and actually feel like doing things. This is the first baby step for me. Next I'm going to try to conquer some bad eating habits.

I'm a grazer. I find if I keep fruit washed and ready to eat, I'll graze on that instead of junk.

I worked so hard to cut soda and most coffee out of my life. I was down to one cup a day. I went back. It's going to be a hard road again.

One cup of coffee a day is not bad for you. And for soda - buy the itty bitty cans and limit yourself to one a day.

SS didn't want to go home. I feel sad. He really wanted to spend the night. I told him he could come spent the weekend soon! I'm going to post some pictures in the breakroom soon.
