 Exactly.   HE couldn't stand to watch her suffer, anymore.  This was about him.  And he didn't kill his wife and sister so they wouldn't have to live without Emily, he killed them so he wouldn't have to face them knowing what he had done. 

I hope they execute him.

  Agree,  He did kill himself but not till he posted about it on facebook and the police came to surround the house.

Wasn't it in Norway that a guy went crazy with a gun and killed 68 kids and adults at a camp ground a few years ago?
If I remember right, Norway has laws against personal gun ownership and it still happened.
It was the perfect example of guns being in the hands of the criminals and not the hands of the peace abiding, IMHO.

Anyway, late to this party. IMHO, the guy was nuts and was justifying his actions ----- huge fail.

I can understand his anguish over his daughters suffering, but not his method of solving the problem. Only weak and controlling individuals resort to killing.
