 I missed one peer review when I was sick for a week with the stomach flu.

And it is a B PLUS, not just a B. Number grade was 89.97, 90.00-91.99 was A-.  I literally missed by "this" much.

 Ed, I know.  There are only two people on earth I will justify myself to,  DH and myself. And thank you for the kind words.  The disappointment is the perfectionist in me. Which I've learned to sort of let go.

I started this journey because of my dad.  Hopefully I can find a job doing exactly what I want that involves very little politics.  I am too forward speaking for that.
