I was talking to some people this weekend and you know who is really having a hard time with this? 50-60 year old men. I mean Bruce Jenner was a hero to them. A man's man. Someone that they looked up to and wanted to be like. And now...he's Caitlyn...

 I can see that.  He was an Olympian the was on the Wheaties box.  I'm can't say for sure but I'd bet money he was in more than one Sports Illustrated.  He was so All American & boyishly handsome.

Re rents - We pay $763 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, 1100 square feet apartment. The complex has two pools (I think there's a spa at one or both of them), a basketball court, and I think they're building a fitness center. They have plans to build a playground and, currently, it's supposed to be built in the courtyard by our apartment. For comparison: Our previous apartment was 618 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, no w/d in unit and was $589 per month. The previous complex has similar amenities to the current complex plus a laundry room - which was in sore need of updating when we moved.

Oops I didn't see O4 had posted Bruce, sorry.

I got screamed at by a doctor today for something I didn't do or have control of and the team leader of the service was aware of the issue and said nothing. Just let the doctor scream at me in front of about 6 people. He even dropped the "F" bomb.

Well DH and I saw the house. It was amazing. The walk in closet in the master was so gorgeous I almost cried. Seriously. The bathroom looked like the Property Brothers did it. The whole upstairs was perfect. The main floor was set up a little strange but we can live with it. You enter into a mudroom (a necessity here) and the dining room is off the mudroom. Kind of odd. But whatever. All stainless appliances.

Just need to make sure the school is OK with the price. DH has a meeting Wednesday morning to sort that out.

Potentially yes we could. But DH just renegotiated his contract and we dont want to give up the salary he just gained. Kwim? If we knew we were going to be responsible to be these expenses, he would have not settled on that number.

Jesse and Aaron got their grades and are both promoted. I now have a Senior and a Junior.
