Had an impromptu meeting with the pool guy and engineer last night. Trying to figure out deck/patio placement. Another meeting is needed.

Going to work today for a long day. Trying to get motivated enough to leave the house. Urgh.

Waiting on word about the house we saw. The administration seems to want us to move into a specific place - into a smaller place than we have now. We keep telling them, no that place is smallet than what we have now, it won't work, our furniture won't fit! But I think they are just fixated on the cost. They also keep telling us about another place and DH has told them 3 times that property doesn't accept pets. They keep asking us if we have looked at it. NO! It doesn't accept pets!

Good Morning All! Another beautiful day on this side of the dirt.

Bossman is being annoying with technology. Does the iPhone do this? What about my computer? Wife's computer does... Shut up and go take a class. You are annoying me. It's going to be a long day.

Then I get to go to MILs rehab and bring her more clothes. Which will still be wrong. Oh, well. At least she has some clothes that work for what she wants. Not sure what happened to SIL. She seems to have disappeared from helping out. BIL2 will be up from DC this weekend to help out which gives us a break for a few days.

I'm buying a pack n play, a swing, and a stroller. Barely used, excellent condition. Got all of it used for $60. AND, it matches the bassinet I already have. I'm so ready to babysit for my friends baby.

Happy Thursday everyone. It is cool & drizzly here today but I'm ok with that. Today is my go out to lunch day. It's crazy how much I look forward to going out. Partly just to get out of the office & partly because of the food.

You are such a good friend. Other than my parents, I know of no one, including (and especially) the in-laws, who would buy all those things in preparation.

Although, now that I think of it, MIL was given a crib for when we visited. It's a good thing she didn't buy it I guess, because both boys screamed bloody murder any time we tried to put them in it.

I accidentally slammed my middle and ring finger in a cooler door at a store. I was installing a rack on the door to keep the candy bars in so they are cold (yummy in the summer). Most cooler doors are a soft close...they just slowly swing back. I let go and this one slammed shut. Ouch! One nail is already purple. And they are both throbbing.

I had Cadillac chicken enchiladas at Don Pablos for lunch. I think I prefer my usual selection of Don's chicken enchiladas.

I gave up soda more than a month ago. I now drink Seltzer water with natural flavoring. No sugars, no artificial sweeteners, no calories.

My kids, parents, employees, coworkers, and even my doctor told me if I didn't start drinking them again, they would hold me down and force me to drink them.

Apparently, I am a really mean without it.

I don't drink, smoke, spend money, have sex or anything else. Leave my cokes alone or I will cut you.

I usually don't bother reading the names. Sometimes, I'll notice it what it says. Once, DH handed me a can that said soulmate on it. I aww'ed.
