 We are buying a house at the end of the month while keeping the one we currently have.  Meeting my loan requirements to have 3 mortgage payments (we have another rental) while only getting to count one rental payment makes my budget very, very tight.  I'm not allowed to use a credit card and we have to have 6 months of house payments in cash reserves for all 3 houses plus our down payment.  Can't spend money.  My soul is hurting.
