Anyone use it? I don't go very often but I scan my receipts. I have a little over two bucks in credit.

I find I save a lot when I buy soda. They never have soda on sale and the other stores do. But who wants to drive around town to get different stuff?

I don't buy much soda. Usually just for company. I go to other stores because when I need two things I hate to walk a mile through the store to get them.

I don't like going on the weekends after about 9 am because there always seems to be some type of organization there soliciting for money. They really don't know how to stay out of people's way.

What is savings catcher?

The grocery store I use has an MVP thing and tells you how much you saved that trip and for the year.

It's like a game now. How much can I save?.

About a year ago I saved $1,893.

I was going for $2000.

Don't ask me where that money went cause I never saw any of it.

The savings catcher is in the Walmart app. You scan your receipt and it compares prices in your area and if someone has a lower price you get a credit you can use online or in the store.

You can also do it online. I don't have the app on my phone. DN does. There's a number at the bottom of your receipt under the UPC looking bar. You can go to the Wal-Mart site, then Savings Catcher, then enter your info.

I tried it for awhile and then decided it wasn't worth it. It took days to "review", only for it to tell me I had gotten the lowest price and the only grocery stores in town weren't even on the list of competitors checked. I noticed a lot of times, the competitors prices it checked were places that didn't even sell items of that nature too. I can see it being more beneficial to people in or near bigger cities, though. The only time it ever told me there was a lower price elsewhere was when I used it in a bigger city.

I use it. It doesn't save me much (I think $30 so far this year), but as Benjamin Franklin said "A penny saved is a penny earned"
