Well her bf turned out to be a dud, he lied about having kids and all so she kicked him out of her house. This was last night so she asked us if we could keep their son one extra night. Today when she came to pick him up the boys were in the backyard so I decided to answer the door instead of going to get them first.
Anyway, we were both pleasant to each other, shook hands and all that. I told her sorry for what happened with her bf and we man hated together a little bit. Then when my bf came in the house and saw us talking he looked all scared like he wasn't sure what to do and we just laughed at him.
Then she came in and met the dogs, got their son and they left. I think it went well!
I'm glad it went well. I'm sure she's relived to have finally met you.
So went to the grad party. Nice and small about 10 friends of the graduate, my friend's family and my little family. It's nice I am included as if I were family. DD10 hung with the teens, I swear she was the most mature of the group. They took the pontoon boat out on the lake and had DD go along. She demanded life jackets! Stupid teens failed to pull up the two anchors so took them awhile to get off the dock. DD pointed out the anchor thing to them. Man I was nervous the whole time, watching them from the shore. It's a small lake and dubbed the most round non man made lake in the country. Anyway, DD seemed to be the life of the party for the teens, she made everyone go swimming off the boat, if fact she spent the entire time in the water. The Grad guided the boat back to the dock where I was standing, hit the dock hard and I fell into the boat. He is damn lucky I didn't fall in the water! Anyway, great day. Came home and took a shower and washed my hair.
