We'll be selling our BIGGGGGG watermelons at the corner gas station in the morning, then relaxing and grilling in the evening. Neighbors all around us set off fireworks in all directions, so we'll just sit on our porch and enjoy the show while sipping an adult beverage.

Going to a BBQ at church then to fireworks at BF's brother's house.  Another chance to see if my first impression of his family is accurate...biggrin

 They're great!  I'm so comfortable around them, but this will only be the 2nd time spending time with them.  I'm looking for hidden show-stoppers, I guess.

Think I'm gonna run the flag up the pole, fire some cannons, have some chicken, burgers and watermelon, make some ice cream, watch some fireworks and fall asleep watching Supernatural.

So hanging with DS at his townhouse on the 4th and partaking in the festivities in his city. A friend of mine is joining us. It is like a last hurrah at DS' since he is definitely moving, probably over the next month. His background check is not complete due to the breach with the Gov'ts sec clearance database. The company told him they need him to start work and they are not waiting for the clearance (DS' TS clearance is still active) but that he would lose his job if anything bad came back. DS knows there is nothing there to come back so he is on and moving forward.
