I was drinking Bai5, non-carbonated, fruit flavored water ...

but then Costco switched to the carbonated version.

Now it's Glaceau Vitamin water zero - 

fruit flavored water, no calories, no gas bubbles.

Ed just get any tonic water or seltzer and squeeze the fruit of your choice into it. Delicious and no chemicals or calories.

Water. Or cognac. Or martinis. Cranberry & vodka when I fly, to help prevent UTIs. Whatever is available. No soft drinks, please. And if I'm having OJ, it better damned well have alcohol in it.

If I'm drinking I like margaritas. But for an every day drink I now have completely switched to infused water. I tried to do the infused water with seltzer but I don't like the carbonation. It takes away from the fruit taste IMO.

Iced Earl Grey, Peppermint or Green Tea (daily)
Water (daily, straight from the tap and chilled in the fridge)
Orange Juice (usually pricy here, so not very often)
Jamba Juice (a few times a year)

I am not an alcohol drinker.

What I like to drink depends on my intent when I drink.

Watching the game? I'll have a beer please, thank you.

At a bar with the guys? I'll have a beer, please. And the occasional shot or two of something a little stronger.

Pissed off at the world and want to get sh*tfaced? Shots. Lots of shots. Jack, Jim, Grandad, Bacardi, Rumple Minze, Jaeger, just about what ever is available. I'm game.

Only things I won't do are tequila and Goldschlager. Tequila makes me sick and Goldschlager is a waste of perfectly good gold.

 Seltzer or club soda maybe but not tonic water.  Tonic is loaded with calories 120 per serving.  I was shocked when I found out.

I used to be a big wino but not so much anymore. I went through a vodka phase and a ****tail phase. A 'try every shot in the world' phase.
But now I don't really drink at all, I work too much to even think about it or want to. Maybe twice a year I'll make a white Russian.

My current favorite is unsweetened tea. I brew it with one bag of black tea and two of the Tazo sweet wild orange. It's really good.
Good old water.
Almost anything with booze in it.

 Did you ever try a nuts & berries c0cktail?  Sort of like a white Russian but it has hazelnut & raspberry liquors added.  So delicious.  So fattening.  I haven't had one in years.
