I've never seen one parked in the subdivision I live in now, but in the last one, there was on that parked there all the time.  He was an owner/operator and when he was home, it was parked on the street.  Where else is he supposed to park it?

I've never seen a garbage truck, but I HAVE seen a concrete truck.  DD's best friends husband works for a concrete company and he parks his truck at home often...

I'm just saying, it doesn't bother me, as long as it's not parked on the street...It wouldn't even cause me to think twice about it...
