Oh it happened a real long time ago.

I had to finish the floors before I went out one night.

I sprayed some furniture polish on the dust mop and went over the floor on my way out.

I came home around midnight. Mom wanted to know what I used on the floors.

She came in after I left and went feet over head in the floor.

She was impressed with how shiny the floor was though.

Oh yes! I found that out the hard way! Lol

Did you know that you should not rub lotion on the bottom of your bare feet and then go down the steps? That doesn't work out very wel either! LOL!

My steps are carpeted. I'd just end up with cat fur and carpet fuzz stuck to my feet if I did that.

DD got her third broken arm this way.

She had 4 broken arms before 4th grade. Her ortho loved us. I used to joke that between her and DH's knees, he probably had a boat named after our insurance company.

I accidentally left an ice cube on the floor at my parents house once. Their machine always spit them out like crazy. I forgot to pick it up and my sister was rollerblading in the house and slipped on it and broke her arm. Of course it was MY fault for not picking up the ice cube. The fact that their prize child was rollerblading in the house had nothing to do with it.

Most furniture polish contains wax. You shouldn't use it on furniture. After awhile it will dull the wood and is hard to strip off. I use Murphy's on my floors.
