I'm trying to decide if I want to hide out at the house another day or do errands. I need to run pick up a couple things. It could wait another day though. DN is coming over for tv and dinner tonight.

Monday again. It seems to roll around so quickly. I'm not ready to be back at work. I need to take some time off soon. It is always so hard to schedule vacation this time of year.
Hey yall. Trying to decide if I want to do errands today or tomorrow. Boys need a trim, a few school supplies are needed. Boys need shoes.

Errands are done. Went and had blood drawn for dermatologist to help figure out the hives situation. Was at follow up this past Friday and we agreed to adjust the meds in half. Saturday was great, yesterday there were hives. Today there are hives so I am back to double dosing the med. Treated myself to breakfast out.
Argued with Walmart pharmacy on another med that they changed the script on. Supposed to be 2x/day for 60 pills for a 30 day supply. They changed it to 30 pills. I went to refill and they said I was not eligible. I said how when it is for 2x/day = 60 pills. I only got 30 last time. They looked, blamed it on computer and gave me the rest (remaining 30) at no copay. Hope this does not mess up when I refill all the meds in 2 weeks.
I am now getting ready to start on schoolwork. Last two weeks but most final projects are due next Monday.
I stopped using Walmart's pharmacy because of things like this.
I prefer the little mom and pop pharmacy just up from my house. They may be closed on Sunday and close at 1 on Saturday but I can live with that.
They always have my monthly meds ready for pick. If it take s script in cold, it's ready in less than 10 minutes.
And the pharmacist helped push my car out of the way one day when it stalled.
They're just good people.

I used to have a pharmacy next to my office. The pharmacist was sort of like Ike Godsey on the Waltons. He knew everyone & always asked about the family, etc. He'd talk the whole time he filled your Rx. Sadly he died suddenly of a heart attack a few years ago. Now I use Walgreens.
I used to use a hometown pharmacy, but my insurance makes me go through a mail order service. I rally like using small businesses, but in this case, I really don't have a choice...

I like the personal service. And if you want to talk about your meds., any of the pharmacists come out from dehind the counter and talks to you.
They do compounding too.

Did you know Targets pharmacy has been taken over by CVS? They've all been talking about it. No one is sure of a date they are going to start transitioning.

That's good news for me. With both DD's insurance and mine we have to use CVS, Target is much more convenient for me.

We are sworn and true Target pharmacy users. When I sprained my ankle the pharmacist brought me a pain pill to the car where I was waiting so I wouldn't have to wait any longer while they filled my script. They know us by name and treat us well. They go out of their way to take care of us. They're great so we continue to do business with them. They told us a few weeks ago that CVS has bought out just the pharmacy. Not the entire store, just the pharmacy. They didn't have much info and didn't know when the change would go into effect.

The movie Home made it to the discount theater so we took DS tonight. He enjoyed himself and LOUDLY proclaimed DOGGIE! every time the animated cat came onto the screen. Every animal is a doggie right now. There were only two other families in there and, thankfully, neither complained about DS' shouting doggie. One had a toddler and the other had a youngish child so maybe they understood.
We also spent some time at the mall's play area and he finally went down a slide on his own. Usually, he'll climb up the ladder and just sit at the top refusing to go down. Tonight, he was all about the slides.
Awwwwww. DH and I never mind when toddlers talk during a movie. We've gone to see family movies together. It's not a big deal.

Although when I go to an adult movie my number one pet peeve is people who are on their phones the whole time. Quickly followed by people who talk loudly and often. Whispering I don't mind. And please don't kick my seat.

I hate when people kick my seat but not as much as reclining seats. Some of the theaters around here have reclining seats. Nothing like having someone recline their seat right into your knees!

That too!
