TOTALLY GEEKED!

Just finished watching this movie.  There used to be four abortion clinics in the US that did third trimester abortions.  Then Dr. Tiller was shot to death and now there are only three.  I did find out there's a major abortion clinic in Nebraska.  All these clinics specialize in third trimester abortions.  I caution you not to watch this if you don't like graphic.  One of the clinics was run by a woman doctor and she would only due third term abortions for life or death type things.  They showed several of their patients who found out late in their pregnancy that the baby was either going to die shortly after death or live a short and very painful life and then die.  These parents chose to abort.  It was a painful experience for them.  I understand why they made the decisions they did.  There was one lady from France, apparently she couldn't get a late term abortion over there and wanted to fly here.  She was THIRTY SEVEN WEEKS!  She said she was too busy on her vacation to to deal with this pesky pregnancy and now it's too late to get an abortion in her country I guess.  They turned her down flat.  There was also one lady who called who was married, going to college, and they had one kid.  They wanted to abort because it would be inconvenient.  They turned her down.  There was also a 16 year old who didn't want to abort but felt like it was her only option.  They turned her down.  They would refer these women to abortionists in other states.  These people basically did medically necessary abortions.  They were caring.  They explained in great detail that the women would go through labor and deliver a stillborn baby.  They let them name the baby and provided memory boxes for them.  Little birth certificates with their hands and feet.  And let the woman make arrangements for the funerals.

The other two were not as caring.  Remember, all these clinics did abortions after 28 weeks.  One did one on a girl who said she believed in God but knew that eventually God would have to forgive her.  Another one got an abortion because she said her b/f raped her and she didn't want to believe she was pregnant until she hit 30 weeks and started showing.  A lady doctor ran this clinic.  Her wife helped her.  She talked openly about how hard it was for her sometimes because she was delivering a real full child.  Not a clump of cells.  She said some days got really difficult.

The last clinic was run by a man.  He was a cross between the two above doctors.  He owned 25 horses in a beautiful stable.  I felt bad for him because one day the antiabortion people came and burned down his entire barn.  Twenty horses burned to death.  Only five survived.  They left a note in his mail box that said if he kills children they will kill his horses.  His whole family has been threatened with death.  Even his 86 year old mother who lives in a nursing home.  They call and threaten to kill the people in the nursing home.  He constantly carries a gun because he with was Tiller when the antiabortionists shot him.  He also sleeps with a rifle.  His house has been shot up several times.

I don't doubt they put on a rosy glow for the cameras.  Not denying that at all.  But I just don't see where killing doctors and animals in revenge can be considered just.
