I don't see what difference it makes whose death we are talking about. Either she can control him or she can't. It cannot be yes in one case and no in another.

So you really can't see the difference between murder and suicide? I don't think she can explain it any more clearly.

 

suicide - person kills themselves

murder -  someone else kills them

 

easy peasy...

Also, regarding the law, the prosecution evidently feels differently, and the judge did not dismiss the charges.
