If you read the letter, he can't even TELL his brother to knock it off.  He's a pansy.  I find it hard to believe he hasn't been picked on his entire life.  

I think he DID tell his brother to stop, every time, and his "brother keeps hitting me in the nuts." 

 

If he returns the assault in kind, then his brother winds up sterile, their parents will blame the younger brother. Better to break his arm with a bat.

 

 The letter specifically says he hasn't said anything.  And good luck breaking his arm with a bat.  That might not be such a good idea.  And if the parents are allowing this now then it doesn't really matter what he does because it sounds like the parents are playing favorites.  Unless the parents don't know.  This doesn't say if they do or not.

I don't see why everyone is so worried about the parents here.  These are ADULTS.  They need to learn to take care of their own crap.

 I don't care about the adults.  It doesn't even say it's happening in front of them.  It doesn't reference the parents at all.  But everyone else keeps bringing them up.  ed said the parents would blame him for kicking the other one in the nuts.  Who cares?  He needs to learn to stand up for himself.

No, read the article.  It says "how do I tell him to stop without making him feel upset and depressed about what happened to him".

 No ed, the article explicitly states he has never said a word to his brother.  EVER.  He's a pansy.  He needs to stand up for himself.

It's too bad little brother can't stand up for himself. His mistake is putting his brother's feelings ahead of his own.

If he can't learn to stand up and stop the assaults on his own, he needs to get either an athletic cup with big spikes protruding outward (NOT INWARD!).

Or a restraining order. It is physical assault, after all.

Yeah, if my sons couldn't figure this out without me, I would consider that a big parenting failure. Little brother should tell him that if you want your remaining boy to remain alive and well, you better stop immediately or I am gonna kick your solo gonad so hard that it will have to be removed too and then you can begin your next career singing soprano.
