I washed all the clothes!!!! And folded them and put them away!
What is "put them away"? I do not know that term.
Around here, it means you tell the kids to come get their basket.

First day of school in the kindergarten and first grade was tough, but the excitement on DD's face made it so much better and I loved it. I always take the first day of school off from work so I can pretend I am a stay at home mom. I know DD rolls her eyes but loves it at the same time. This year I will have to hug and kiss her inside the house since that mom behavior will not be allowed when the bus pulls up.

I hung up the hang up clothes and put the drawer clothes in the drawers...No piles. The bedroom is spotless...
You realize G is going to walk in, take a look around, and leave you because he thinks he's in the wrong house.

First day of middle school was the hardest on me. For each one. It seems middle school can be the most brutal. Those are the years I worried the most.

I've got 10 seasons of SPN under my belt. I can kill anything!

DS received a compliment from his teachers at Church today. A kid fell down in the toddler room and DS went over, patted his back, and helped him up. His teachers said he is really caring kid.
The new pastor at Church is really, really energetic. He's been real fun to listen to the past 3 weeks.
DS is busy with his Hot Wheels. I'm watching 50 First Dates. Waiting on DH and G to get home.
I am such a cliche. I didn't expect it to happen to me. And yet, here I am.
Tomorrow is the first day of Kindergarten. I am having so many emotions over this, y'all.
I've packed a super-special-Pinterest-worthy bento lunch and Bunny is so excited.
We can do this.
Right?
My neighborhood hosts a breakfast out at the bus stop every year on the first day of school. Food, coffee, juice, etc.
The year my boys started kindergarten we partook in this annual event. One of the older boys brought a football and the boys threw the ball around while waiting for the bus. They loved it. Until #2 fell and scraped his knees. Just as the bus arrived. So not only did I have to put them on the bus for the very first time, but I had to do it with one of my boys crying.
You'll get through this. I don't know about bunny's school, but ours encouraged parents to come have lunch with their kids. Not just kindergartners, any age. I did not go that first day, as I wanted them to become independent, but I did go a couple times that year, at their request.
