So I called SS's mom and I was very smart. First I asked her if he could spend the weekend JIC she got pissed off about the lunch money. After she agreed that he could come over for the weekend I told her the school had called and what they had said. She said she had sent him lunch money and that she didn't know what happened. I played it off on the school saying they probably got their wires crossed somewhere and she should probably just give them a call and verify. Tonight I talked to DH and he was mad. At her. He said he doesn't want his son eating just a sandwich and milk. He asked me if we could put money in his account online and I told him yes. So he said to go do it because he doesn't want SS to go hungry. So I set up an account in our name for SS. I did get to see that she had put some money in his account. Ya know, that's why I married my husband. No matter what he pays to her he'll take care of his son. If his son needs something (a need not a want) he will do whatever it takes to get it. THAT is a good father and husband!

I felt puny yesterday. Achy, sore, blah. It's not really sick sick but like I don't feel good but I don't feel bad enough to claim being sick.

I missed 7 squares but that is because I did not give birth or be in DSS's life until he was 5.
Not too bad of a day here. Weather is nice. Went to Chiro this morning after not going for 2 months (I usually go every two weeks). That felt very good. Did grocery shopping for the few items needed except for bananas.
Still sorting thru files but I did find my marriage license. Also found DH's divorce decree and separation date from Ex who claims I was the one who broke up their marriage. They separated in 1988 when I was 16, in my junior year of high school. I did not meet DH until 1989 and we did not start dating until 1992. But she did drag out their divorce until 1993. DH also saved all the paperwork from the custody and support hearings. I should suggest that he give it to DSS or at least a copy of it.
I thought this was funny and sums up modern parenting pretty well.
Well, I don't drink or eat sushi.
I don't own yoga pants.
We've always had a dog.
We don't use four letter words, the only time I ever heard one of mine use a swear word, it was the last time.
The rest, well it's just part of the package I think.
