Wantagh woman arrested on DWAI charge drove erratically at 15 mph with flat tire, police say September 1, 2015 by WILLIAM MURPHY / william.murphy@newsday.com A woman spotted driving erratically at 15 mph on the Northern State Parkway in a car with a flat tire was arrested on charges of driving while ability impaired, State Police said Tuesday. A trooper from the Lake Success Barracks was dispatched following a report shortly after 11 p.m. Monday about the erratic driver, police said. "Troopers were easily able to locate the vehicle," a black Volkswagen eastbound on the parkway near Post Avenue in Westbury, police said in a statement. The driver, Josette Livingston, 25, of Wantagh, "exhibited signs of intoxication, and a strong odor of marijuana was emanating from her vehicle," the statement said.
