I had two of my ex boyfriends at my wedding. Loved the fact they came.

And I doubt very much her fiance will like the idea of her ex-boyfriend planning the wedding, logical or not.

There comes a point in life when you have to decide to be an adult. Now would be a good time. For both of them.

There is nothing in the OP that suggests the ex WILL cause a problem. Emotions (the brides or bridegrooms) are not a good enough reason IMHO.

But he COULD be, and she shouldn't have to take that chance on a wedding she is paying a lot of money for and that is a special day for her.

 So could any employee.

Chances are greater with him, though, than some random stranger.

Maybe, maybe not--but it's pure conjecture.  There are no grounds to break the contract because MAYBE this will happen.

Tough titties. If you sign a contract, you sign a contract.  You don't get to just break it because of your "feelings" at the moment.  If that were the case, then anyone could break any contract at any time and claim such.

Again, they might let her out of it and they might even give her some, or even all of her deposit back--but that doesn't solve her problem of where to have her wedding, then.

Believe it or not, huskerbb, I'm on your side. I was just pointing out the fantasy aspect of expecting logic of a bride about her wedding.
