Well, it sounds like the parents might not have been up to par. It said CPS had investigated. So maybe they voluntarily gave the boy to her cousin so they could get on their feet. But the cousin already had a child. She knows better. How the fvck do you leave a child in a car? I started babysitting this week and we went to the store today. We were constantly watching her in the car and talking to her. We haven't had a child in a car seat in many many years and yet we didn't forget her. She's not even related to me and I didn't forget her. I just can't wrap my mind around people who do this.
