There are so few decent shows for mature viewers.

Even when I WAS in my 20's, I was never interested in stories about air-brushed blonde yuppies.

Castle is a great father, something that suggested that this show would be worth my time. I love how Martha has changed & grown. I still miss Captain Montgomery!

Yay no more Senator Brachen!! I know Stana Katic wanted her character to grow but I'm not sure I like the direction this is going. I guess I will have to wait & see.

I liked Beckett's hair best a few seasons back when it was long. I still like it but I prefer long hair.

And yes s'mores omelet sounded disgusting. I kept thinking it should have been a crepe instead. S'mores crepe sounds edible.

Okay, who else is wondering, why the heck she didn't go to the hospital to have her gun shot wound taken care of properly, after she was out of danger? confuse

I mean, really?

I hate doctors, but for a gun shot, I would have sucked it up and gone.

I like her hair long, too.

But, she's so pretty, I think any style would look good on her!

If you asked me to explain what happened, I don't think I could. Was the AG good or bad? It was over, but then Beckett had to leave anyway? What about that Vickram guy???

I was sort of wondering how Castle's, never before mentioned step mom just appeared out of thin air. When his dad showed up on Martha's door step with an injury 2 seasons ago (maybe 3) he never mentioned he was married.

Yeah it was a bit confusing. I think Vickram is a good guy over his head. I don't know what to think about the AG. All the calls went to her phone or was that just a set up from inside?

Beckett didn't have to leave because she was in danger. She chose to leave to get to the inside guy. Just like she kept digging into her mother's death until she got to the Senator.

Well, when a show goes 8 seasons, sometimes the writers get desperate.

I read the forums on a site called "Previously TV." Apparently one of the writers said that happiness was boring. Give me a break. It's the FANS that made the show a hit, so stop treating us like kids.

I'm caught up. I liked this episode. It was back to Castle being himself. I still love the grown up Alexis.

Their living apart doesn't really bother me since they haven't really shown too much home life together anyway. I thought it was funny when he was telling the automated pyramid thing his love life woes. I guess I'm ok with the separation because they are still solving cases together & have their old chemistry which I thought was missing last season.

That scene with Espo & Ryan was great. I was actually thinking it was a total plot fail because they didn't remotely look passable & then the punch line smile

And the bubble cigars were a throw back to earlier Castle & Alexis.

And, I liked that this episode wasn't as dark as the first two.

I like the characters, and will keep on watching until the series ends.

I just have a feeling, that's going to be sooner, rather than later. cry

I don't understand why Beckett has to not live with Castle but he's still around all the time. She's not protecting him from anything. She may as well just get over it and be with him. It's an unnecessary plot line. Jeepers.

Me neither. There has to be a twist other than giving Beckett a new sidekick.

And I agree it is stupid for Beckett to move out but then see Castle every day. Of course she tried to keep him out of the case & he wouldn't back off.

It's not like she's in hiding. They are still running into each other, all the time.

flan, I'm still mad at the writers for not sending Beckett to the hospital for a proper stich job on the gun shot wound. WTH? Did they think we forgot about her getting shot?

I was thinking about her stitches when it showed her going to town on the punching bag. Thinking she can't possibly be healed up enough to go at it without ripping her stitches out.
