Having a baby is no easy task. Having one in high school would feel impossible; a young mother's options are limited and heartbreaking. Adoption can be facilitated in many different ways, and sometimes, birth mothers can get to know the adoptive parents (and even choose the parents). That was the case in this story where a teen mom chose a family friend to adopt her newborn baby. To stay close, she is sending them something you may not expect. As strange as this story may be, the benefits to this little girl and other babies are super positive and uplifting.

Breast milk.

That's awesome.

She may not be raising the child, but she is definitely a mom.

I think so.  She shows incredible maturity.  When she finally does have a baby of her own she will be an incredible mom.
