any kind of thing called "casserole" I like my food not all mixed up!  it makes it too heavy tasting for me, I like fresh food you can taste

I do not like creamed things or gravy, or bread (unless fresh from oven with a little butter)

I do not care for sweet things, or donuts, they look great and then weigh like a rock all day in my stomach

Coconut.

I even choked down an entire strip of toasted coconut a few weeks ago because I hadn't tried it in years.
It was horrible. I hate it.

I like cottage cheese ok. It is much better with pineapple or mandarin oranges mixed in.

I love cottage cheese with cut in half baby tomatoes, diced cucumbers and finely diced purple onions and salt and pepper, I CAN eat tubs of that
especially if veggies are fresh from a garden

Fish, any kind any way.

Cottage Cheese

I don't like wild game, which is a shame since DH hunts.

sauerkraut

I just made Deviled eggs though. All the talk about them gave me a craving. I can't believe so many people don't like them, they are always the first to go at parties.

I like to eat fish at a restaurant. But, I hate cooking at home so i don't. Usually if eating out, i will prefer beef, but sometimes will get fish.

I don't like fish either. I can choke down flaky white fish if I have to.

I love most shell fish though. Not muscles or oyster though. They are on the hate list.

I've never had lox.

My preference is cream cheese on a toasted Asiago bagel.

Oh no's!   Pepper jack cheese is a staple in my pasta salad.  That and sharp cheddar.  Speaking of jack... I despise Jack Daniels.  Awful.  Don't shoot me ofour.  lol!

Spinach wilted with salted butter and bacon. I swear you will be converted...lol. The other lethal veggies I'd agree with. Although I used to think asparagus was evil until I found out just how good balsamic vinegar and Parmesan could make poisonous into delicious. Yum!!!

We used to do this was lettuce from the garden. It is called "hot lettuce or wilted lettuce". You fry bacon and make a gravy out of bacon grease and you put in a touch of vinegar and salt. You add the lettuce to wilt it. And, then in my part of Dutch PA, you serve this over potatoes. It is soooooo good. Something you only eat once a year, lol. biggrin

We do this, too, but I add sesame and chili oils garlic and sesame seeds. And a touch of soy sauce.

So, I really don't much like "salad" that involves being coated in mayonnaise, like pasta salad, potato salad, etc.

I like egg salad, though. Go figure.
