There is not much I won't eat. I don't like liver, or the other organ meats. Just can't do it. I have eaten sushi and it doesn't bother me but it's not my favorite. I used to despise sweet potatoes but I love them now. You people are going to hate me but there is an English dish my mom used to fix. It's a cream sauce with peas and poured over toast squares. In proper English the toast squares are called soldiers. They make eggs and soldiers all the time. I loved that stuff. She also used to make chipped beef and soldiers. I grew up in a family with so many kids that you ate what was put in front of you or you went hungry.
Oh, she always used to make cow brains and cow tongue. Ugh, disgusting. And braunschweiger. Gross.

It smells horrible, looks horrible, and tastes horrible. My mom used to put it on our sandwiches for school sometimes. I hated the crap.

What else can you say?
flan
Nothing. Sorry Tang, I'm not a fan. I'd eat it but I wouldn't like it.

*shrug* Everyone thinks I'm weird because I won't eat coconut. Different strokes, right?
Yep. I like coconut but it's really dry to me. It's not something that's my favorite.

I can't think of any food I hate so much that I will not consume it, period. That said, I hate tomatoes but I will eat them if they're mixed in with other foods. One of my friends makes a delish ratatouille of sorts that has tomato in it.
I avoid raw onion because it doesn't sit well with my stomach. I can eat cooked onion just fine. I absolutely love balsamic-honey roasted onions. Nom!
I love liverwurst but have never had regular liver. I've heard tongue makes awesome tacos but haven't got the chance to try them yet.
I won't eat sushi because the thought of raw fish makes me gag. However, I've had parisa (raw ground beef "cooked" in spices) so maybe I'll try sushi some day. I will say though that had I known what parisa was, I would've never tried it. I didn't like it much anyway. The texture was weird.
I have moral objections to eating cats and dogs so if I ever travel to country where those animals are served, I will restrict my meat consumption to fish or just go vegetarian. Other foods (like tripe), I just can't bring myself to try.
I have one food allergy - "raw" milk fat - so I will not consume milk that hasn't been cooked in some way. If I have milk "raw" (as in a bowl of cereal), it must be fat free. Pancakes, etc. can be any kind of milk. Instant pudding mixes are a hit or miss for me. Sometimes I can eat them, sometimes I can't. I guess if the pudding sits long enough, the milk fat protein denatures enough for me to eat it. Don't know for sure.

The bolded, it's called **** on a shingle. Eaten and named by US soldiers 60 years ago. Perhaps they learned it from the English.

Not all sushi is raw, try the smoked tuna or salmon rolls. Ugani if great when you eat it when its still warm, that is eel cooked. you have to remember that if any meat, whether beef or fish or chicken, is marinaded it is "cooked". Marinades help to "cook" meat without heat.

We considered "schit on a shingle" to be creamed beef on toast in my parts.
Creamed chipped beef. You're correct. Different dish. The English call it something different. The little triangles of toast are called "soldiers".

I hate Spanish rice. My mom made her version of it when I was a kid. I get that she was trying to feed a family of 7 but it was icky to me. When I have Mexican I always bypass the rice.

Is the salmon on the salmon rolls anything like lox? I had lox once. Didn't like the texture. I love salmon though.
Yes. Again, it's good and I like it but it seems dry to me.

Lox is salmon, sliced thinly. The same type as in sushi

I like braunschweiger. I'll grant you that it doesn't look or smell to appetizing, and the texture can be weird sometimes, but I'll eat it and enjoy it.
I do not like coconut, not coconut anything. Don't like coconut lifesavers, don't like pina-coladas, don't like coconut shrimp. Many delicious fruit salads are ruined by the addition of coconut. Ack. Don't know why. Coconut milk is OK though, I cook with that sometimes.
Boiled or steamed okra is disgusting. I have tried it fried and found it to be OK, but it's not my go-to veg.
I think those are my only two "Nope, won't eat it" foods. Never had tripe, sounds awful though (hee hee, get it?) But I'd probably give it a try. I've had some organ meats.
As IKWTD said, most sushi doesn't involve raw fish. Sushi means rice, it's a seasoned sticky rice roll stuffed with something.
