Trudy I heard it was bring your flask to work today, so I am sure it would work to substitute a pony keg under your desk too~!

Bought Gordito some big boy straw cups this weekend. I'm taking away his commute home bottle today and giving him the straw cup. We shall see how this goes....

Stay strong! He might fuss but he'll get over it. Heap praise on him when he uses the straw cup.

I only heard to wear blue and do kind deeds.  I need a flask.  And a good dinner.   Glad you had a relaxing weekend.  Sorry about your MIL.  :(

If I work from home, do I need a flask, or can I use my snifter?

NJN, that girl is so adorable, snot and all!

I would say my day was busy, but that would be redundant. All my days are busy. But I understand more about my job so it isn't as frustrating as 2 months ago.

Chezh, I love the quilt! So happy you and your siblings had such a great time. I miss times like that.

Happy day to everyone else!

She's got such a horrible cold right now.  She hacks and coughs.  Her mom is taking her to the doctor tomorrow so we may or may not have her.  I had just put her in a nice warm peppermint bubble bath to loosen her up.  It worked.  I gave her something for congestion too.  Poor thing.  After the bath and the medicine she sat with DH and waited for me to make her a grill cheese sandwich.  Before it was done she was asleep.  Didn't wake up till four.  I fed her and gave her a small bowl of vanilla ice cream.  Her eyes look so sad right now.  She has the "I'm sick." look.

Ahhhhhhhhh! I have the apartment to myself for the next half hour or so. The men went off to hunt down dinner. The quiet is sooooo lovely!

We got the pantry organized today. I made DH do it seeing as how he tends to keep stuff neat when he's the one having to organize it. I did it the last time and he didn't keep it neat. He whined about it but, hey, if ya keep it neat, you won't have to do it again. DS helped by running everything between the pantry and the table. He really loves helping and we love it when he's actually being helpful.

DS has 2 more teeth coming in! His upper right canine is through the gum and well on its way in. His upper left canine has just barely poked through. I can see the little pointed end of it. No signs of his bottom canines yet.

Awwww :( I hope she feels better soon. I bet she's really enjoying the loving care from you and DH.

LOL! DH called to tell me the display in my truck is so dim he could barely see it. Apparently, my little boy genius turned the display dial down while he was busy turning all the other dials and such earlier today. I fixed everything else but didn't notice the display dial. Oops!
