Had a good customer service incident today. I ordered some glass canisters from zulilly for my new kitchen. I ordered one large one for the middle and 2 medium ones to sit on either side. Well, when they arrived today, the large one was broken, and I was sad b/c my vision was destroyed. But I called customer service, and the large one is sold out (:sad:), so the rep refunded my large one completely and shipped me a new medium one for free so that I would at least have 3. And then, she said she was also giving me a $20 store credit because the people in shipping were so careless (it was very badly packed, I'm surprised they didn't all break). I told her that was not necessary that crediting me for the large canister and still sending me a medium one for free was more than adequate, and she told me in no uncertain terms that she was giving me the credit and that she was very upset at the bad shipping and destruction of my counter vision. She was funny.

You have to know what you can and can't order. They are a "final sale" site - so you can't order anything that you don't know and understand the sizing. I only order shoes from brands I know - that kind of thing. You also cannot be in a hurry. It takes 2-3 weeks to get your stuff. But, I like the stuff I get, so as long as I understand what can be ordered and the time constraints - it is fun. Also - order once, and get free shipping the rest of the day - on Fridays, the rest of the weekend. ALWAYS order the cheapest thing first and pay that shipping in a separate order. Even though it will seem ridiculous to pay $5.95 for an $8 item - you then get free shipping on the next $80 item.

Yeah, SB, it took me a minute to figure out the free shipping on weekends thing, but if you know what things cost, you're cool. I have gotten some unique bracelets and tons of things for Itty bitty. Occasionally they'll have "blow-out" sales, where prices are lower.

Thank you everyone. He is so precious. Thank you for the balloons lily and ikwtd. The more the merrier. I ordered from zuilly for my grandkids. It's cool to get clothing with their names on thrm.
