You don't want to power wash the underbody - but you can go through a good car wash, they have it as an option. You'll probably be paying for the $15 car wash vs. the $5, though.

 Yes, but in a lot of cars, it's not easy do that yourself.  I have it done when necessary when I get an oil change.

Thanks ladies. I will check out the car wash. I need an oil change & inspection in September so I'll get the filters changed then. I have no clue where the filter even is so not a do it myself project.

 They will be happy to pressure wash the engine,

then

change the gaskets that will be ruined by the pressure washing.

Not a good idea. Maybe $500 to $800 for the gaskets.
