I wouldn't celebrate too much. He will just have the lawyers re-write with different wording to replace that which the court didn't like. I would like to review what was submitted and the Judge's actual response.

I don't know why Obama has gotten away with so much. He took this oath. And then proceeded to do everything BUT preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

He got away with it for the first 2 years because he had Congress in his pocket (both Houses controlled by Democrats), He's gotten away with it since then because there's no Two-Thirds Majority of Republicans (the Democrats won't vote for removal) in the Senate which would be required to remove him from office even if the House of Representatives impeached him.
