I was enjoying being quoted for being slightly witty. Ruining Ohfours Birthday thread was bad enough. Turning the quotes into p/a (flans favorite excuse for everything) attack on Ohfour is just CHILDISH. I know flan doesn't see the difference but now it seems weltz is falling off the deep end as well. I've kept my New Years resolution only because you've been expertly put in your place but don't think the rest of us don't see it.

I honestly think online spelling does matter to a certain level. What you see online gives other people a first impression about you. I know when I was doing online dating spelling was definitely something I looked at. Maybe you really are brilliant. But if that is the case you are also saying I am too lazy to clean up my writing. So I do think what and how you post shows a lot about who you are.

Here's what happened:

DS was a month or two old at the time. DH and I went to Del Taco for dinner. DS was sound asleep the whole time we were there. The old biddy and her DH (I'm assuming, could've been her brother for all I know) were already there. We sat down at our usual table (happened to be kitty corner from them). She kept alternating her stink eye from me to DS the rest of the time she was there, including a parting stink eye when she left. Now, if DS was being loud, I could understand the stink eye. But, he was completely silent. It was as if the mere presence of an infant was the most horrible thing ever to happen to her.

Her stink eye would've put the sourest lemon to shame.
