I work all day...with my least favorite co-worker.

I need to reward myself with a yummy lunch.

morning Flan! Yummy food always makes up for annoying people!

This morning is my last chance to have DS do stuff around the house for me. He leave tomorrow and this afternoon we are do the holiday stroll, shopping at local businesses and then a late lunch. Tonight we are both busy. I am emptying out an entertainment center I want moved to the garage. I have all my stereo components that have to be rehomed to a different room and hooked up.

We took today off. There's a parade in the next town over. We will probably take the boys to that. If we can find parking. I understand it attracts thousands of people.

I kinda want to go shopping today. But Dd wants to decorate, so I guess I'll see how I feel after that.

We made it to my parents' house by 2pm yesterday. We decided earlier to have our Thanksgiving meal on Friday when we knew for sure everyone would be here so we are smelling the smells of dinner cooking now! DD from NYC is here and we spent all night catching up. Lots of talking and laughing going on. My parents are in heaven and so are we.

The dog is thrilled too - my dad saved him a tasty bone from something he ate recently and the dog is happily munching on it.

 Welcome to the family.

I LOVE Supernatural.

When you finish season one, YouTube the gag reel.

They release on for each season.

Good morning!

Yes, it is still morning here.

Sounds like some great plans for the day for some of you. Others not so much...working on the day after T-Day is never fun. Sorry.

Game day here. DH is out shopping for game day foods. He's cooking. :)

I'm busy with a new project. Yeah, I really am a glutton for punishment. More stress and forcing myself to work under pressure. ;)

Coffee breaks and the board are my moments of relief. :)

 It's a fun show.

Season 1 is a lot of weekly monster hunts. Introduction to characters. That kind of thing.

Season 2 starts heating up.

It seems alright. I am more of a Doctor Who fan, I like the humor better, and the emotion seems to be more natural.

But, like I said, early yet.

We slept LATE. Today we're having a down day. I did order a pre Black Friday package from Wal-Mart. I wanted it shipped to my house but for some reason they sent it to the store. So it's ready and waiting on me to pick up but there's no way I'm going to leave the house to go get it today.

I think I'm going to make some hot cider and we're going to have a Netflix day.

My kids woke me up with a chocolate bar.

Today it's dreary: rainy & upper 50's. Tomorrow rain will continue, but the temps will drop.

And co-worker went home sick.

Good luck with the rest of the day, flan.

Waiting on DH to get home with lunch. He had a coupon for McD's and wanted that. Taco Bell is in the same parking lot so he's bringing me that since McD's makes me sick. DS was cute though. I asked him if he wants Taco Bell or a Happy Meal and he ran for his Happy Meal box (Parents were up recently and brought him one. He likes playing with boxes so we let him keep the box for awhile.) and brought it to me. Ok then! I'm thinking he's made the connection between toy and Happy Meal.

And it's just the opposite for me.

Taco Bell makes me sick just about every time.

I do like their steak cantina bowl though.

But it's too much food.

I'm kind of worried. I've had this pain in my heel for about five weeks now. It gets better when I stay off it but if I do any amount of walking at all the pain comes back. Today I found a bruise on my heel. Like it came out of nowhere. Almost like it bruised from the inside out.

So much for Black Friday shopping. Have been trying to place an order on the computer for the last 12 hours with Lands End and get right down to placing the order only to receive: Technical Difficulties. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please contact (telephone number) or customer text chat. Good luck. Evidently they are swamped in every section; did not anticipate the number of shoppers?
Oh, well, I will not die if I do not get to place the order; there will be another promotional sale on down the line. Just a little disappointing.

Otherwise this Friday is colder than cold.....

Yep.  It's like there's constantly a small marble under my heel.  If I stay off it and prop it up it feels better.  Not pain free but better.  But the more time I spend walking the more painful it is.

Thanks for telling me this.  I'm feeling better that it might be something like this.
